Selling fees

There is nothing to pay to start. A final value fee is taken when your item sells, listing fees apply beyond your free monthly listings, and optional extras are charged only if you choose them.

Listing (insertion) fee

First 50 listings each month are free, then P 2 per listing

Final value fee

9% of the total including delivery, plus P 3 per order. Motor vehicles: 3%, capped at P 2,500, plus P 3 per order

Featured P 20 · Bold title P 5 · Gallery Plus P 5 · Reserve price 1% (min P 10)

Promoted Listings (optional)

You choose an ad rate of 2%–15%, charged on the item price whenever the item sells while the promotion is on

Store subscriptions (optional)

Starter P 99/mo · Pro P 349/mo · Anchor P 999/mo — lower fees, more free listings, branded shop. Renews every 30 days and is charged to your balance; cancel any time and it ends at the end of the period

Payouts

Weekly payout to your bank or Orange Money is free (minimum P 50); instant payout 1.5% (min P 5)

Buyers pay a small Buyer Protection fee (P 2 + 3%, max P 150) that funds the Vendors Harven Money-Back Guarantee. It is worked out on the item price, not delivery, and a full refund returns it (see the refund steps in the Terms of Use). Some payment methods may add a processing fee, shown at checkout before paying.

Some categories have their own final value fee. The rate that applies is shown on the order. If the fees you owe grow large, new listings pause until they are cleared. The Verified Business badge is an optional yearly fee, shown when you request it.
