3. Sell & get paid
Buyers pay us, not you, so you never chase a payment. It’s released when the buyer confirms, or 3 days after delivery, and paid out every Monday. Refunds and chargebacks after you’re paid are taken from your balance.
Listing is free (50 per month, then P 2 each). A final value fee is taken when your item sells; optional extras are charged only if you choose them. See seller fees.
How do I get paid?+
Buyers pay Vendors Harven, so you never chase payments or risk fake proof of payment. When the buyer confirms they have the item, or 3 days after delivery if they report no problem, your money (minus our fee) goes to your balance. Every Monday we send it free to your bank or Orange Money. In a hurry? “Get paid now” sends it sooner, usually within a business day, for a small fee shown first. At handover, the buyer’s six-digit code is your proof of delivery.
What do I need to apply?+
Your Omang or passport, a selfie, proof of address and the bank or Orange Money account you want to be paid into. Businesses also add their CIPA certificate. It takes about 5 minutes on your phone.
Is it hard to list an item?+
