Get verified
We check that the documents are real. Most applications are decided automatically in under a minute; if a person needs to look, it is 1–2 business days. We email you either way.

Open your Store
Pick a name and we give you an address like vendorsharven.com/str/your-store-4f7ac. Add a logo, a banner and one line about you — two minutes.

List your first item
Photos, a title, a price, and whether the buyer collects or you deliver. Choose Auction, Buy It Now, or Auction with Buy It Now.

Get paid
The buyer pays us, we hold it, you hand over or send the item, and then your money is released — when the buyer confirms, or 3 days after delivery if they report no problem. Payouts every Monday.

Auction
Let buyers bid for a set number of days. When two people want the same thing, the bidding pushes the price up to what it is really worth.
Buy It Now
One clear price for buyers in a hurry. You can add it to an auction too, so someone can take the item early at your price instead of waiting.
No chasing payments
Buyers pay Vendors Harven, never you — so no deposit slips to check and no arguments over cash. We hold the money and release it when the buyer confirms delivery.
Paid every Monday
Your earnings go free to your bank or Orange Money every Monday. In a hurry, “Get paid now” sends them within a business day for a small fee shown first.
Buyers who follow you
Shoppers can follow your Store, so your new listings reach them straight away — and you can send them a short newsletter.

Auction or Buy It Now?

Choose Auction when…

you are not sure what it is worth, and you want the market to decide;
the item is unusual, collectable, or in demand;
you can wait a few days for the best price.

Choose Buy It Now when…

you know your price and want a quick sale;
you have several of the same item (phones, stock, parts);
buyers should be able to add it to their cart and pay at once.

Not sure? List it as Auction with Buy It Now: bidders push the price up, and a buyer in a hurry can still take it at your price.

Your Omang or passport (the photo page)
A selfie holding that ID
Proof of address, 3 months or newer
The bank or Orange Money number we should pay
Selling as a business? Add your CIPA certificate and a director’s ID

You will also turn on two-step verification before sending the application. It is one extra code from your phone, and it is what stops someone else from changing the account your money is paid into. The authenticator app can stay on the phone you are applying from: you copy the setup key into it, so no second device is needed.

What it costs

Listing is free (50 per month, then P 2 each). When your item sells, 9% of the total including delivery, plus P 3 per order is taken from the sale total. Extras such as a featured badge are optional and always show their price first.

Common questions

How long does the whole thing take?+

The application is about 5 minutes if your documents are on your phone. Verification is usually under a minute, and 1–2 business days if a person has to look. You can list your first item the moment you are approved.

I am not a registered business — can I still sell?+

Yes. Individuals sell with an Omang or passport. A business adds its CIPA certificate and a director’s ID, but you do not need a company to open a Store.

Do I need a computer?+

No. Photos, the application and every listing are made for a phone camera. Most of our sellers never open a laptop.

What happens if my application is not approved?+

The email tells you exactly what to fix — usually a photo that is blurred, sideways, or too old. Your answers are saved, so you only fix that one thing and send it again.

When and how do I get paid?+

Buyers pay Vendors Harven. Once the buyer confirms delivery — or 3 days after delivery passes with no problem reported — the money minus our fee goes to your balance, and every Monday we send it free to your bank or Orange Money.

Can I sell cars and other vehicles?+

Yes. Vehicles have their own listing form with the details buyers ask about (year, mileage, engine), and selling a vehicle carries its own fee, shown on the fees page.
